Keeping it Kosher

Hanukkah comes early this year. Perhaps this will be the year you will try Humphry Slocombe’s Sour Cream and Apple Sauce Ice Cream. Or perhaps Dynamo Donut’s Sufganiyot Sundae (actually a Meyer Lemon donut with Manischewitz sorbet!)…

Better yet, perhaps you will partake in a six course Hanukkah feast cooked by Chef Jake Des Voignes at Mission Eatery. Or attend a gift bazaar. A night of comedy at Cafe du Nord. Or a screening of short films curated by the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival….

In any event you should be out and about, mingling and dining with a Shmaltz in hand…and of course, burning your candles bright!
